General policies & FAQs


1. What is the expected time of delivery? 

After you have placed you order, if there are no issues with the address given then expect delivery within 4 hours from the time that the order was placed. If flowers are pre-ordered for the next day then delivery will be made in the morning before 12 PM.

2. Will the arrangement be the same as the picture? 

The flower supply is always changing and it all depends on season, stock and the market. The availabilities of certain flowers change at the shop on a daily basis. If all the flowers in the arrangement are available then the arrangement will be replicated to the picture as much as possible. However, in some instances there may be a certain type of flower in that arrangement that may be out of stock. And in that case, we usually replace it with another flower that is off similar or higher value. All whilst making sure that the flower replacement is in harmony with the overall theme of the arrangement.  

3. Will a receipt be delivered with the flowers?

No, we do not add a receipt with the flowers when delivered. 

3. Refund policy?

We have a no refund policy except under one condition:

  • You have placed an order for an arrangement that has just run out of stock or is unavailable. In that case, we will fully refund the amount to the card used in the transaction. 

4. How should I take care of my flowers ?

If flowers are in a vase then changing the water of the vase everyday is important. Preferably giving them a cut, if the proper shears are available at hand. If flowers are arranged in floral foam, then adding a cup of water to the foam every day is important.
